✨ Getting Started with Treasure Boxes ✨

September 8, 2025

Treasure Boxes don’t need to be expensive or complicated — they begin with what’s already around you. The magic lies in seeing everyday objects as tools for creativity, play, and learning.

Here are a few simple ways to begin:
🔹 Look around your space: Gather safe, clean items like bottle caps, cardboard pieces, ribbons, old keys, shells, or fabric scraps.
🔹 Invite community contributions: Ask parents, friends, or local businesses to share small, interesting items.
🔹 Sort for easy access: Use trays, baskets, or jars to display materials so children can explore freely.
🔹 Start small: Put out a few materials and simply ask, “What could you make with these?”
🔹 Observe and adapt: Notice what children do and introduce new materials that connect to their curiosities.

Treasure Boxes are a doorway into play, imagination, and learning through loose parts.
